BC rowers dominated on the water at the 2011 Western Canada Summer Games in Kamloops, BC, bringing home eleven gold medals and one silver in twelve events.
The team, consisting of eighteen young men and women from around the province, started strong, posting the fastest times in the preliminary time trials, and continued to lead in the finals over Western rivals Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.
