Mission

Rowing BC develops opportunities to support personal and collective excellence for the rowing community in British Columbia.

We will achieve this by:

• Encouraging athlete, coach, official, and club participation and performance through organizational procedures and guidelines, and communication structures;
• Developing national team athletes with podium potential athletes and increase our national performance rankings through coach and athlete development pathways;
• Organizing club development, safety and risk management, and systems of competitions through our community development; and
• Maintaining a nationally leading officiating development system.

Rowing BC will operate in a professional and transparent manner through leadership, education, support, and guidance.
