Rowing BC will be conducting a Learn to Row Instructor Workshop in the Lower Mainland.

The course fee is $200.00 per person. Course participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

The course requires a minimum of 10 participants; individuals will be registered on a first come, first served basis. Additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list.

Vernon Rowing and Paddling Centre is located on Swan Lake in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in British Colombia. We have incredibly calm water, a stunning lake with a 10km perimeter and a local community committed to having fun.

Lap the Lake, June 15, is the perfect opportunity to discover a new and exciting place to row. With a 3.5km head race, 500m sprints and a BBQ lunch this event has it all! $25 including tax
