The Interior Rowing Series is a dynamic series of rowing events held throughout the season. The series is designed to promote rowing in the interior through a number of activities including:

• Coaching development through the delivery of NCCP courses
• Mentorship opportunities through the visitation of L3+ coaches
• Skill development through visitation of expert coaches
• Club development opportunities through delivery of identified areas of need. (for example - Rigging sessions)
• Rowdeos - inter-club friendly competition
