The 2013 Canada Summer Games will be held in Sherbrooke, Quebec, from August 11 to 18, 2013. Rowing BC will be sending a team of 30 men and women to this event, all under the age of 21, to compete in fourteen events.

A team of five coaches, led by Rowing BC Provincial Coach Ben Rutledge, has been chosen to select, prepare, and coach the team at the Games. Joining Ben on the Canada Games coaching team are:

• Dereck Schwandt - Vancouver College Rowing Club
• Aalbert Van Schothorst - Victoria City Rowing Club
• Barney Williams - CSC Pacific/RCA Talent ID Coach
• Robyn Willow - Brentwood College School

Rowing BC will hold a series of training and selection events over the next year in preparation for the Canada Games. Further information on team selection will be published as it becomes available.
