Rowing BC will be conducting a Learn to Row Instructor Workshop September 14 to 16 at Elk Lake in Victoria.
The course fee is $200.00 per person. Course participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
The course facilitator will be Aalbert Van Schothorst.
The course capacity is a maximum of 12 persons; individuals will be registered on a first come, first served basis. Additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
Course timings are as follows:
- September 14: 6:30 p.m. to - 9:00 p.m.
- September 15: 8:30 a.m. to - 4:30 p.m.
- September 16: 8:30 a.m. to - 12:30 p.m.
The course will be held at the Spracklen Room of the Elk Lake boathouse.
Participants should plan to bring their own snacks and lunches. Sundays session will include a practical evaluation on Elk Lake; participants should dress appropriately.
